Returns Policy

We sell and ship only within the United Kingdom.

All sales of gold bars are final. However, if we made a mistake with your order — such as sending the wrong item or incorrect weight — we will accept returns and offer a replacement or full refund.

To request a return:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the received product

Please note:

We do not accept returns for change of mind or market price fluctuations.
